The 2019 Residential Valuation Notices have been mailed, however, it has come to our attention the notice date reads August 2, 2018 instead of August 2, 2019. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
KRT Appraisal has been hired by the Town of Scarborough to perform a Revaluation on all residential properties.
