KRT Appraisal Completes the Fiscal Year 2024 Quinquennial Certification

KRT Appraisal along with the Assessor’s Office are pleased to announce the Fiscal Year 2024 real estate and personal property values have been certified by the Department of Revenue.

The Department of Revenue audits the methodology and values to determine if the values are fair and equitable and follows the guidelines for a minimum reassessment program.

The sales below were utilized in the valuation process.
