2023 Revaluation Update

The commercial, industrial, apartments, and mixed-use properties portion of the revaluation is complete and valuation notices have been sent to all associated property owners. They should be received the week of July 22. This notice will include the old assessed value and the new proposed assessed value as of April 1, 2023.

Please follow the instructions in the letter if you wish to informally appeal your assessment with a representative at KRT.
