Ken Rodgers, CMA, President
Ken is the President of the KRT Appraisal team. He has been in the real estate appraisal field for three decades, with the majority of that time in mass appraisal. During his long tenure Ken has gathered a wealth of knowledge in every facet of mass appraisal, including extensive waterfront and commercial experience. Ken has also served on many Executive Boards as well as Trade Related Educational boards. He is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, holds the distinct Certified Maine Assessor 4 designation, and the Certified Appraisal Supervisor status in New Hampshire and Vermont. Ken takes pride in the quality of the product delivered to our clients, a pride that can be traced back to his service as a United States Marine.
Rob Tozier, CMA, Vice President
Rob is a graduate of Keene State College and has been involved in all aspects of mass appraisal for over 17 years. Rob is a Certified Maine Assessor, Appraisal Supervisor in Connecticut and a Certified Property Assessor in New Hampshire.
Kevin Leen, CMA, Senior Appraiser
Kevin is a project manager here at KRT Appraisal. A proud graduate of Boston College, Ever to Excel! Kevin began mass appraisal in 1999 after 14 years of fee appraisal work. He joined our team in 2018 and brought with him an extensive list of appraisal experience that includes residential, commercial, industrial, special use and exempt properties in all areas of New England. He has waterfront experience in every community along the Atlantic Seaboard from Boston, Massachusetts to Casco Bay, Maine. Kevin has a lengthy list of experience with inland bodies of water too, including Lake Champlain, Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Winnisquam, Sebago Lake, Squam Lake, Sunapee Lake, Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island, and Long Island Sound in Connecticut. He is a Certified Property Assessor Supervisor in New Hampshire, a Certified Maine Assessor (CMA) in Maine, a Project Supervisor in Vermont, and has managed all aspects of a Revaluation.
Doug Rollins, Crew Chief/Staff Appraiser
Doug is the Field Crew Chief and Staff Appraiser here at KRT. He is a solid, steadfast, and motivated leader of our field operations team. He has been with the KRT since 2014 and has experience in residential and commercial properties. Doug has worked in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. He is a New Hampshire DRA Certified Assistant Assessor. Doug is also trained on the ZEB 3-D scanner and can make short work of measuring complex properties!
Kevin Rodgers, Data Collector
Kevin has been part of the KRT team since 2015. Kevin is a Certified Measure and Lister with the State of New Hampshire.
Justin Lemay, Data Collector
Justin joined the KRT team in 2020. He is continuing his education at SNHU.
Roland Labrecque,
Roland “Chip” Labrecque is a part time data collector here at KRT Appraisal. He has extensive experience and is a NH DRA Certified Assessor Assistant. Chip’s outgoing and friendly personality are appreciated by clients and taxpayers alike. He enjoys all outdoor activities and is proud United States Army Veteran.

Richard Dorsett, Jr., CNHA, Chief Assessor
Richard serves as KRT’S Chief Assessor. He joined our team in 2013. When it comes to New Hampshire’s complex laws and rules on assessing Richard is at the top of the game, sharing his knowledge with clients and KRT alike. He is well Rounded in all areas of assessing and began his assessing career in 2003. Richard is a DRA Certified New Hampshire Assessor and New Hampshire Certified Property Assessor Supervisor. He has a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from the University of Tennessee.
Joey Smith, CNHA, Assessor
Joey has 28 years of experience in the assessing and appraisal field. He is experienced with all aspects of assessing including current use. He has experience working in 6 different states and over 60 communities. Joey is a Certified New Hamshire Assessor and a Certified Property Supervisor.
Lindsay Harford-Waller, CMA, Assessor
Lindsay is a KRT Data Collector. Lindsay is a graduate of University of Maine at Orono, where she studied abroad, in England, and earned her B.A Degree. She joined the KRT team after 12 years of working in the governmental sector. Lindsay is a Certified Maine Assessor (CMA), and a New Hampshire Certified Measure and Lister. When not collecting data, you may find her in the Dojo practicing for her next belt in Gojo Ryu Karate!
Support Staff
Steve Rodgers, Operation Manager
Steve is the Operations Manager here at KRT Appraisal. His core focus is on providing a top-notch client experience, personnel management, Field and Office solutions, and Taxpayer care and Information. Steve’s attention to detail and positive attitude foster the same throughout the KRT team. A graduate of Western New England University, a Retired Police Officer, and a proud U.S Marine Corps Veteran, Steve is Integral component of our overall team dynamics.
Candi Kelly, Office Manager
Candi is the KRT Office Manager. She came to us from the small business sector and is unmatched in her customer service skills. Her can-do attitude and strong work ethic make Candi the quintessential leader in the KRT home office.
