Data Collectors

The primary responsibly of the Residential Property Inspector is to locate, identify, and accurately measure the exterior dimensions of assigned properties, as well as make a thorough inspection of the interiors and accurately record all pertinent data on a prescribed data collection form. A Residential Property inspector is the most visible member of the appraisal team to the general public. In most instances, this individual will be the only person that the taxpayer may see. Therefore, it is extremely important that the Data Collector present a professional image to the public

Data Entry

We are currently looking for data entry professionals to fill immediate openings in our Haverhill Offices. Candidates for this position will be inputting data into our appraisal databases, setting appointments and preparing our mass mailings. Experience with data entry helpful but will train the right people.
